Good

The hotel definitely has seen better days but it has nice big rooms overlooking Silom. I loved the pool at the roof of the building and the views from there. The pool also has a bar for a relaxing drink after a day of exploring Bangkok.

Centrally placed hotel in Silom area. Good value for your money.

Nice breakfast with a lot of choices. Nice coffee shop by the entrance. Got a huge, spacious room at the end of the corridor. 10-15 minutes walk to Lumpini Park for a nice walk in the park.

Located by the busy Silom road, so a lot of traffic at rush hours. A need for Tuk-tuk or taxi to reach spots you will want to visit, unless you really like to walk a lot. But no huge distances, all in all.

The city view at night from the balcony is good. Room is spacious. Staff are very friendly.

Toilet made with glass and have curtain to cover manually. Uncomfortable for family during using toilet.

I think for the money you can’t complain. The carpet in the room looked a little tiered. It is what it is no whistle or bells. Would I stay there again for a few days yes.

The hotel was very dated, the facility was very old, the room was dark. The stuff were nice.

The breakfast was good enough for the money you paid if you booked hotel with the deal.

There no central air conditional. The wall air conditioning doesn’t work when we arrive, the hotel sent a standby engeinner come have look, took him a while try to fixing it. The next day, after we back to the room in the night the hotel called that they fixed it. But air conditioning was very very noisy.

All! Very dirty, design is very old, chairs and sofa are nasty! It is very noisy to stay here. The pool has strange smell and chemical sensation. the staff is very slow, never goes to a meeting, in all crucial moments they will make the guest uncomfortable. If the maid takes the room key by mistake, then they ask the guest to go down for the new guest himself, no one will lift you up. As well as knowing full well that we are relaxing with small children, the staff, without regret, makes a very noisy company near us. all this is outrageous. the cost is inexpensive, but it is not even worth the money. This hotel deserves only 1 star. Do not believe that there are 4!

Definitely recommend - we’ll come again

Great location - a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, Lumpini park and metro line, very friendly and helpful staff. Huge room with spectacular views (13th floor). Rooftop pool is not big but enough to cool down, pretty clean. Breakfast is the best we had in Thailand in three visits, I think everyone can find what they usually eat in the mornings. We arrived earlier and the room wasn’t ready yet, but we were allowed to leave our luggage and were provided with a place to change after the flight and to wash up.

Only if I have to say about dislikes... Water in the pool tasted a bit sour, like a bucket of vinegar was added there :) but was not that bad and I believe this is some kind of disinfector. We reserved a queen bed on booking.com, but got two twin beds stuck together, although we didn’t ask for any changes as beds were so huge that one of them was enough for both of us. Glass walls in the bathroom look really cool until you need to use toilet, feeling a bit uncomfortable when someone else is in the room, but may be it’s just us

Big rooms.

Big rooms. Good Breakfast spread. We were able to store our luggage with the hotel whilst we explored Thailand further

The rooms are dated with very little appeal or charm, unlike the reception area. The breakfast staff cleaning up after guests were very slow and not at all considerate of cleaning a table that you may be waiting for first but purposefully make you wait until all other tables are clean that no-one else is waiting for

Exceeding expectations!

Everything really good, lovely staff, good choice at breakfast. Definitely recommended and would come back!

To be really really picky, the buffet at breakfast sometimes ran out of a few things and refills took time. It was not a major pain though ;)

Room lovely and big with great views. Enjoyed the pool area and the central location of the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast, while lots of choice, wasn't the nicest. Facilities in the gym poor.

Rooftop Pool. Room Service is fast and all night. Buffet has a great variety of tasty dishes. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Free water.

So near to the best, yet so far from the standard.

Location is great. Room is spacious

The building is worn out and badly needs a big renovation. Lighting and ventilation in common areas do not meet the international standard. In room amenities like pillow and mattress need to replace.

Nice but dated.

It is well situated with the skytrain close by and the party district of Silom just 15 minutes away. Room very spacious and except for some unfortunate stains on the floor, clean. Room cleaner was very attentive. Good view of the NYE fireworks.

Quite dated rooms. With a bit of upkeep it could be perfect. Pool had broken panelling which kept on breaking even more when you walked on them, which you had to to get into the pool. No shower possibilities close to the pool either. It was a big shame as it looked like a nice pool with great views. Kept on being harassed in breakfast for room number (twice each day for the first three days, last morning they told me I had to pay for it. Had to go down to reception to clear p the mistake.)

Nice pool, and friendly staff.

The room was not as expected, I was old and in quite pure conditioning. The fridge was old, and very noisy. Generally it was a very noisy room. The bed very hard.
